ON A PERSONAL NOTE FROM OUR WONDERFUL COACH DAWN
HICKSON:
Dear Woodbridge Swim Team swimmers:
What a GREAT season!! I'm so proud of every one of my swimmers. They worked hard this season, and we finished first in both Dolphin League and ISL for the first time ever!! :D
It was a great privilege to work with your kids, to get to know them, and to do what I could to make them as good as they can be. I was humbled by the outpouring of notes, and generous gift cards from the families at the end of season party. I usually end the season so burned out, I never want to see water again...this year I read through the notes from your kids, and opened the cards from the families the day after champs, and felt like I couldn't get back to the pool soon enough. We *are* defending CHAMPIONS and all! :D
Thank you all so much! I know I wasn't selected "coach of the year" by the league people, but it's more then enough to be "coach of the year" to my own swimmers!
With Love,
Coach Dawn
